Yes, more high tech defense spending (in which none of them have investments) in this area, perhaps, but precious little else.

This tells about the one issue that everyone seems to be missing when it comes to biodigital convergence, aka the Singularity.
Immediately after college, I started contemplating the bigger picture - specifically - Why are we here? What purpose do we have? And, those answers came from only one source - the Judeo-Christian God, and His son, Christ. However, even there, I had questions that needed answering. For example, if humanity is the apple of God's eye, if there is no bound to His love, then why did He flood the Earth during the time of Noah? And, if God's grace is so powerful and without limit, then why is the sin of accepting the Mark of the Beast (in Revelations) greater than the grace of God? These have been ongoing questions that I've had since 1990.
Fast forward to 2022, and I am seeing the convergence of so many things leading us toward the editing of both human and animal genome and the pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place. In Chapter 24 of the Book of Matthew, we read that "As it was in the Days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man". This was another mystery to me that seemed so foreign. To discover the answer, you have to look at Genesis 6 and the secular book called "the Book of Enoch". Apparently, when a third of the angels rebelled against God, they came down to Earth to cohabit with human women and created a race of giants called the Nephilim. Their goal was to corrupt God's creation, but most importantly, to corrupt the seed leading to Christ. I will leave references in the comments, on how I came to this conclusion. But, what I want to leave you with is this. Never before in human history, until now, has mankind again been able to corrupt the genome of mankind. This is what was meant by Matthew 24.
So, why is the sin of accepting the Mark greater than the grace of God? The same reason that the Fallen Angels & Nephilim were outside of the grace of God. Accepting the Mark merges your DNA with that of the Fallen Angels & Nephilim. Hell was made specifically for them. God had to flood the Earth so that He could preserve the purity of the bloodline all the way to Christ. Yes, Mary was born with a sin nature, but the sin nature passes through the blood of the father not the mother. Since Mary was impregnated by the Holy Spirit, Jesus had a blood free of being tainted by sin and free of being tainted by the Fallen Angels. Thus, the shedding of His blood was enough to satisfy the payment of our sins.
