The Evil Twins of Technocracy and Transhumanism

I am pleased to present the Preface for my new book, The Evil Twins Of Technocracy and Transhumanism. Research is tedious and there are so many things hitting at the same time that it is near impossible to keep up. Nevertheless, this is a story that must be told while there is still time and opportunity. When the entire text of the book is completed, I will immediately turn it into a traditional printed book. There will be extra content added such as a detailed Bibliography and at least one Appendix. Fortunately, more and more excellent journalists, podcasters and writers are advancing the narrative of Technocracy and Transhumanism that I have been presenting for well over 10 years. Note that the formatting in Substack, due to lack of styling features, is nowhere near what it will be in final print.
