Its quite possible steps have been taken using legislation to allow Maritime/Admiralty Law to superceed the Constitution. I asked a relative whose an attorney to dig in on the topic. His response after researching it was basically "tough to tell, interpretation is everything, but you're on to something"

What is the role of Silicon Valley. I wonder how long the Siliconites have been at this technocracy project Then I have a comment about scientism. Yes, it is rampant. All over the place including, I believe, in the labs of the virologists. If one digs into the studies, itβs hard to find evidence that viruses exist. The whole gain of function theory is another scheme to get us off track. Whether or not you have interest in pursuing that line of thought, know that there is rational questioning going on.
